Scores of the competent authorities in Czech Republic
On the 4th of October 2020, the competent authority in the Czech Republic, the Úřad pro civilní letectví, officially published guidance material (GM) in the documents CAA-ZLP-163 and CAA-ZLP-164, titled ZPŮSOBILOST PILOTŮ LETOUNŮ and ZPŮSOBILOST PILOTŮ VRTULNÍKŮ, respectively.
The guidance material permits the use of electronic pilot logbooks as long as they meet the requirements in AMC1 FCL.050. For license or rating applications, pilots must print and sign the relevant pages, unless their electronic logbook provides verified e-signatures that have been approved in advance.
capzlog.aero is fully compliant with the requirements stated by the CAA in Czech Republic. It also fulfills additional requirements for security, integrity, and quality of data that go beyond current national regulations in Czech Republic.
